The Farmhouse Venue can comfortably accommodate gatherings for up to 130 guests, making it ideal for both intimate and larger celebrations of life.
Are custom tributes or slideshows allowed?
Yes β custom tributes and slideshows are absolutely welcome. Our complimentary projector and microphone setup make it easy to share video or photo presentations, and we’ll also provide a dedicated table for your framed photos along with two complimentary easels for display.
Can we use our own officiant or clergy?
Yes β you are welcome to use your own officiant or clergy. We encourage families to choose the person who feels most meaningful and appropriate for their Celebration of Life.
When do you need the final guest count?
We kindly ask for your final guest count no later than 14 days before the event. This allows our team to prepare your menu, staffing, and room setup with care, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged for your gathering.
Can flowers be delivered after the church service or delivered from a florist?
Absolutely. Flowers can be delivered directly from the church or a local florist, and we’ll gladly place them on the tables or thoughtfully arrange them throughout the venue for you.
What three-hour time frame can we book?
You’re welcome to choose any three-hour time frame that works best for you and your family. We’ll accommodate the timing that feels right for your gathering.
